Old in body but young in mind, I have been an avid music lover since the mid-70s. Growing up on disco and funk, I transitioned into the Chicago house scene, and the house sound took off from there. I have followed everything house music-related up to this day. While I have never made a career out of it, I thoroughly enjoy mixing both vinyl and digital tracks for my own pleasure and hopefully for yours. As a resident DJ on Virtual DJ Radio, I also take pride in being part of the MY DJ HUB CREW, connecting with fellow Raiders Radio DJs and sharing my passion through online radio shows.

DJ Harry Run has been spinning tracks since 1992. His passion for dance music has been a significant part of his life and continues to evolve. He has performed at various dance events, including Elevation and Summer Thunder, and is now a proud member of the Raiders of the Lost Rave family. Dance music has been my passion since the early 90’s! I grew up on Jazz Funk, Reggae, and Soul, which quickly progressed to anything House. My love of dance music has led me to become a multi-genre DJ, covering all types of House, DnB, and Old Skool classics. My DJ biography is filled with experiences that reflect this journey. 

I managed to break into DJing during the Covid outbreak and joined Raiders Radio UK in 2022. I now host two online radio shows: my ‘Funky Slippers’ show, which airs from 12-13:00 every Saturday, and a back-to-back session with Dave C every Friday evening from 21:00-23:00. 

I have been privileged to play at live gigs across Oxfordshire, Essex, and Northamptonshire as part of Raiders Radio UK, and I've now progressed to going solo with Dave C. 

I am looking forward to growing my DJ journey, increasing my live gig experience, and enjoying the thrill, excitement, and love of the DJing world and all it has to offer!

I have been a DJ for over 30 years, starting off in my bedroom like many of us do. I progressed to the mobile and club scene in Germany, and have played in Oman and Cyprus. More recently, I've returned to the UK, continuing to perform at mobile gigs, weddings, birthdays, boxing events, and other functions. I love all types of music and have recently become involved with My DJ Hub, founded by Slipmatt, Terry Ryan aka Atomic Hooligan, and Mark XTC. I couldn't be happier to be part of this great community of like-minded DJs and friends. We're going from strength to strength, and I’m also part of the Raiders of the Lost Rave, where we host live all-day sets broadcast once a month. Additionally, I've had guest sets featured on Eruption DAB and the mighty Kniteforce Radio. In January 2022, I started up Raiders Radio with Dave C, featuring a lineup of quality DJ biographies and showcasing the talents of Raiders Radio DJs, broadcasting 24/7, including our engaging online radio shows.

My DJ career began during the lockdown of 2020, and it has been an exciting journey ever since. As I explore the world of DJ biographies, I also find inspiration from the amazing Raiders Radio DJs and their online radio shows.

I'm Nathan, and I brought a £40 Numark controller to learn on in 2024. I thought I would give it a bash since my favorite genres of music are House, techno, and DNB. As I explore DJ biographies to understand more about the craft, I hope to eventually feature on online radio shows alongside other Raiders Radio DJs. I'm always learning and aim to be DJing for the long run.

I have always been open minded with music, listening to a wide spectrum of genres. Discovering underground dance music in the early 90s was a huge milestone. Instantly, I fell in love with the house and rave scene.

My DJ career, which is often featured in DJ biographies, began during my Uni days as resident DJ at the Sheffield Hallam student union. Since then, I’ve played on various underground radio stations and landed significant corporate events.

In the years that followed, I secured gigs with Iridescence, The House Of House, Calling The Hardcore, and Dance Conspiracy to name a few; playing alongside big names in the industry.

In 2020, I became part of a DJ community, where I continued growing my skills. This led to performing for Global Breaks Festival where my love for breaks returned in a big way! More recently, I’ve played for Encapsulated Energy, and in 2024, I joined the Raiders Radio crew, where you can catch my monthly online radio shows titled 'Trip In Tunes.'

My multi-genre taste helps me push boundaries and craft standout sets. For me, it’s more than just mixing tracks; it’s about taking people on a journey.

I started DJing down at Oscars soul night at the age of 16. At 11 am, my dad used to have to come and collect me because I was not old enough to be in the club. When dance music came along, my friends and I transitioned from mixing hip-hop to dance music, leveraging our mixing talents. From the early 90s until the 2000s, I was the resident DJ in the front bar at Oscar’s nightclub. Recently, I launched my own promotion called Ultra Flavour, where I host monthly gigs, including some dance nights. I've always wanted to be a DJ on online radio shows, and thanks to Raiders Radio, I now have the opportunity to play all those songs I’ve collected over the years. These experiences are part of my DJ biography, showcasing my journey as one of the Raiders Radio DJs.

I started DJing around '92, diving into old school D&B jungle before taking a break in 2000. I reignited my passion for music in 2019 with trance, utilizing digital equipment and having fun with my sets. Please enjoy my performances as they take you on a musical journey—have fun jumping around to the beats! I've just joined the Raiders Radio crew, where I have launched a new show on Fridays from 3-5 PM called the Weekend Warm-Up. During this time, I'll be playing Trance, House, and some Tech. Additionally, I'm excited to announce that I will be starting another show on Tuesdays from 6:30-8 PM called The Sound of Goa, where I'll explore Acid, Psy-Trance, and Techno, which are a bit faster than my Friday shows. My name is Wendell, but I'm also known as DJ MUK. I was born and raised in Newark, New Jersey (the Bricks and 7th avenue). I started mixing at the age of 13, and over the years, I’ve become one of the notable figures in DJ biographies. At 35, I faced a life-changing challenge when I completely lost my ability to hear and became legally deaf. During this time, I developed a STRONG love for the one and only Jesus Christ. It wasn't until I conquered my battle with prostate cancer that I decided to get a cochlear implant, eager to reclaim the 25 years of music I had lost. Music has always been a deep passion for me, whether I’m praising the Lord with all my heart or enjoying some old school tracks and club/house beats. I love experimenting with new mixes while still honoring the traditional sounds I grew up with. From starting out helping the ‘tech’ guys on a local hospital radio station in Colchester to running my very own radio show back in the 80’s, I now gig live in and around Oxfordshire, offering a selection of singing and DJ’ing for every type of event. During lockdown, I re-discovered my love for mixing various genres of music and am now proud to run my own online radio station, Raiders Radio, alongside my good friend Snowy. Here, I host my own radio show, along with many other talented Raiders Radio DJs, broadcasting 24/7. It's the perfect place to get your rave on while exploring DJ biographies and connecting with music enthusiasts.

I met up with an old friend in '99 who introduced me to the underground rave scene, with parties in the New Forest, old barns on farms, warehouses, quarries, and railway underpasses—anywhere a rig could be set up and the music could be played loud. These all-night raves had one rule: the music never stopped, featuring crews like Spiritual Mythology and Tribe of Locusts. We played techno and hard house; my best memory from that time was playing from a purpose-built trailer at Boulder Wood in the New Forest, where people danced around the fire and sang back Marilyn Manson's lyrics from a techno track I played. I later sold my decks around 2005, playing occasionally when the opportunity arose over the next couple of decades. My party friends moved to Portugal to continue the mayhem there. Recently, in 2024, it all began again after being constantly encouraged to teach the next generation how to mix, and I'm glad they did! I strive to recreate that moment every time I mix, aiming to capture the atmosphere and excitement of a banging rave in the forest. My journey is also part of the DJ biographies that inspire many, and I look forward to sharing my experiences on online radio shows, like those hosted by Raiders Radio DJs. :D D3DLEE

We met in 2001 as lovers, and just a few months later, our musical passion united through decks and vinyl. Both of us have always been passionate about various types of music, but Jungle and Drum and Bass hold a special place in our hearts! Every Saturday, we would go vinyl shopping and return home to blast new tracks, often with a MC battling out the bass! Later, we explored different non-commercial venues, embracing the pirate radio culture—“proper old skool vibes.” As the years went by, we performed in front of crowds across the country at various venues and festivals alongside well-known DJs and MCs—such a great feeling! We then launched our own Drum and Bass nights, bringing talented DJs and MCs to our area and hyping up the town with incredible performances. Not to mention, we dedicated time to our community by teaching children at local centers, ensuring the next generation appreciates the music. We still feel that spark and passion for mixing, and we invite you to join us on our future journey, sharing our love for music through our online radio shows and contributing to the rich tapestry of DJ biographies in our community.
